Edmond Kitchen Remodel
This Edmond kitchen remodel was designed to feel warm, open, and effortlessly functional — a space that supports everyday living while inviting people to gather. From the beginning, the goal was clear: balance natural materials with clean design, and create a kitchen that feels elevated without feeling formal.
By pairing rich walnut cabinetry with soft white finishes and minimizing visual clutter, the final result feels light, welcoming, and timeless — perfectly suited to the home and the way the clients live.
Project Overview & Timeline
Every successful remodel starts with a clear plan and steady coordination.
Design & Material Selection: ~3 weeks
We worked closely with the homeowners to finalize the kitchen layout, cabinet configuration, finishes, and functional details.
Cabinet Production & Delivery: ~6 weeks
Semi-custom cabinetry allowed flexibility in sizing and seamless appliance integration without extending lead times.
Installation & Completion:
Once the site was prepared and coordinated with appliance and countertop installers, cabinet installation took 4–6 days, followed by 2–4 weeks of follow-up visits, trade coordination, and final detailing.
Brands, Materials & Design Solutions
The foundation of this kitchen is Bellmont — a semi-custom cabinetry line chosen for its flexibility, precision, and ability to integrate panel-ready appliances seamlessly.
Cabinetry:
Natural walnut cabinetry was used for the island and bar area to introduce warmth and depth, while alabaster white cabinets were selected for the perimeter to keep the space bright and visually open.Design Balance:
The contrast between wood and white complements the existing oak floors and helps visually lift the ceiling height, making the kitchen feel larger and more open.Seamless Integration:
Panel-ready appliances were fully integrated into the cabinetry, creating a clean, uninterrupted look that keeps the focus on the materials and layout rather than individual appliances.
Client Requests We Designed Around
This kitchen was thoughtfully tailored to the homeowners’ lifestyle, with several custom elements incorporated from the start:
Panel-ready appliances for a seamless, built-in appearance
Custom seating bench by the window, creating a cozy spot for morning coffee or casual gatherings
Integrated cabinet accessories including pull-out trays, organizers, and spice racks to maximize storage and day-to-day functionality
Lift-up garage door cabinet in the bar area for easy access without visual clutter
Minimal wall cabinetry to maintain an open, airy feel and avoid closing in the space
Each request was carefully integrated into the design so the kitchen feels intentional, not over-designed.
The Final Result
The completed kitchen blends modern simplicity with natural warmth. Walnut tones ground the space, soft white cabinetry keeps it light, and thoughtful storage solutions ensure everything has its place. The layout encourages connection — whether it’s daily meals, entertaining, or quiet moments by the window.
This is a kitchen designed not just to look good on day one, but to work beautifully for years to come.
