FAQ

Our lead time is around 2-4 weeks, depending on the style and quantity of the cabinets you order. Lead time is calculated from the day that you place your order – until it is delivered to you.
***Lead time for the special custom cabinetry will be from 4-6 weeks.***

Yes, we provide both! Each service is a separate change and will be calculated based on your order.
We work with a professional installer who is truly splendid and timely in what he does!

Everything we do is to give our clients a stress-free experience buying their cabinets along with truly getting quality products/services. One of the ways we do that is my providing professional measuring services to you. We charge a $300 fee for this service that is later returned if you purchase cabinets with us. We value our employees time as well as providing you with quality results, therefore, we do not measure for free. 

Call us to set up a measurement appointment! This appointment includes:

  • Professional measurements of your space (this ensures that your layout will be detailed and to-the-dot. Any measuring mistakes will be on us)
  • A consultation with our professional. They will also bring some product samples along with them. 
  • Priority in when you will be receiving your quote/design.
Unfortunately, we do not provide these kinds of services yet. If you are exploring the option of getting all new cabinets vs. refinishing/refacing cabinets, you are welcome to give us a call or request a quote to get more information!
We stock a variety of different cabinets. Some are sourced from Vietnam, others are made here in America. One local company we source cabinets from is Bellmont, they make their cabinets here in Puyallup!
Absolutely! All of our cabinet doors and drawers are soft close.
Our cabinet boxes are made from plywood or high-quality particle board. Our doors are made from wood or HDF (High Density Fiberboard). You will find more information in the description of each cabinet. All of our cabinets are of lasting, sturdy, tested quality. You are welcome to give us a call to learn more about our products. We value educating our customers on what they are purchasing.

Yes, we do! You are welcome to come visit our showroom in Auburn, WA where you will be greeted by one of our employees! We would love to show you our products in person and help you with your project.

Cabinets Core is over and above the best cabinet company in the PNW. Their cabinets are top quality & their customer service is top notch. They deliver, install and help design your space..anything you need..it gets done. We had two units to remodel and for one kitchen we had already used the Lowe’s Custom Order Cabinets, which don’t even compare in overall quality. In a recent laundry room remodel I discovered I had to find my own cabinets, flooring etc. The contractor just did the basic work. Fortunately I found Cabinets Core. I chose my cabinets from them and got a design for the room from David. They were so helpful, I ended up choosing my flooring and counters through them. Communication was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. I recommend you check this company out for cabinets , etc.
