What is your lead time?

Our lead time is around 2-4 weeks, depending on the style and quantity of the cabinets you order. Lead time is calculated from the day that you place your order – until it is delivered to you.
***Lead time for the special custom cabinetry will be from 4-6 weeks.***

Do you provide delivery and installation?

Yes, we provide both! Each service is a separate change and will be calculated based on your order.
We work with a professional installer who is truly splendid and timely in what he does!

Can you come measure my space and give me a quote?

Everything we do is to give our clients a stress-free experience buying their cabinets along with truly getting quality products/services. One of the ways we do that is my providing professional measuring services to you. We charge a $300 fee for this service that is later returned if you purchase cabinets with us. We value our employees time as well as providing you with quality results, therefore, we do not measure for free.

Call us to set up a measurement appointment! This appointment includes:

Professional measurements of your space (this ensures that your layout will be detailed and to-the-dot. Any measuring mistakes will be on us)
A consultation with our professional. They will also bring some product samples along with them.
Priority in when you will be receiving your quote/design.

Do you refinish or reface cabinets?

Unfortunately, we do not provide these kinds of services yet. If you are exploring the option of getting all new cabinets vs. refinishing/refacing cabinets, you are welcome to give us a call or request a quote to get more information!

Where do you source your cabinetry from?

We stock a variety of different cabinets. Some are sourced from Vietnam, others are made here in America. One local company we source cabinets from is Bellmont, they make their cabinets here in Puyallup!

Are your cabinets soft close?

Absolutely! All of our cabinet doors and drawers are soft close.

What material are your cabinets?

Our cabinet boxes are made from plywood or high-quality particle board. Our doors are made from wood or HDF (High Density Fiberboard). You will find more information in the description of each cabinet. All of our cabinets are of lasting, sturdy, tested quality. You are welcome to give us a call to learn more about our products. We value educating our customers on what they are purchasing.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we do! You are welcome to come visit our showroom in Auburn, WA where you will be greeted by one of our employees! We would love to show you our products in person and help you with your project.

Cabinets Core was instrumental for me to achieve the design and functionality of my kitchen project. I especially liked their communication throughout the design, pickup, and installation process. My experience with Cabinets Core was great from start to finish. I contacted them after seeing on their website that they carried the same cabinets I originally purchased years ago from another company. While I didn’t buy my original cabinets from them, I decided to order extra fillers and paneling for an update.
Their showroom was beautifully staged, and I was warmly welcomed by a professional, friendly team. Evelyn was especially helpful in preparing a detailed estimate for exactly what I needed. My order was placed promptly after payment, and the materials were ready for pickup within a few days.

Recently, I had the pleasant experience of working with CabinetsCore while shopping for a new vanity cabinet for my bathroom. When I went in I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, only that I wanted a nicer looking vanity. I was quickly greeted by Anna, who welcomed me and had a quick chat about my needs. She then had her sales rep Trang walk me through my options and what they offer. Trang showed me examples in their showroom and explained some of the differences in styles and how they go together with other factors and helped me reach a cabinet design and color that I liked. There were still things like sink design and the type of top that I wasn't sure of, so I ended up taking a couple days to reach a final decision. Each time I had questions or change requests, Trang was always friendly and quick to respond and never made me feel pressured, and after a few days I ended up placing an order for a standard size 24" cabinet.

From there, their other team member, Evelyn, handled payment and further communications along with order updates. The cabinet was assembled and ready for pickup on the agreed upon date, and after inspecting and receiving it, a day later Evelyn had noticed in a picture she took that the paint on the cabinet drawer had a minor defect (that I didn't even notice). She messaged about a replacement drawer she had ready for me before I ever even knew it was a problem. It's understandable that small issues may occur, and it's nice to see that even though I missed something and signed off on it, they are looking out for their customers and willing to make it right, even after the fact at no charge.

My order may have been a relatively small one, but yet they made me feel like a very valuable client none-the-less. Every interaction I had with the CabinetsCore team was a pleasant one. Evelyn, Anna, and Trang are all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I wont hesitate to order from them again for my future needs. **Do yourself a favor and get 2 quotes THEN visit Cabinet Core in Auburn, WA**

When I read reviews I don’t look for a perfect company I look for customer service. This place has been amazing to deal with. I was working with 2 other companies and Cabinet Core beat their price by a landslide. They saved me so much money on cabinets and time. They sell custom hoods that take 6-8 weeks to come in but the price beats other sites by 30%-50% with the blower and liner. If they goof something up they make it right and FAST which is really important to me. Because of my schedule I do everything through email and they worked around that. 100% recommend this place and will use it for our bathrooms, hallway, and mudroom projects.

In a recent laundry room remodel I discovered I had to find my own cabinets, flooring etc. The contractor just did the basic work. Fortunately I found Cabinets Core.
