
Cabinets Core – Returns & Refund Policy
Overview
At Cabinets Core, we stand behind the quality of our products and the clarity of our process. Because most of our offerings are custom or semi-custom cabinetry and remodeling materials, our return policy reflects the nature of made-to-order products.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Installed, altered, or assembled products are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Custom or semi-custom cabinetry
- Special-order or made-to-measure products
- Cabinetry that has been installed or modified
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Labor, design services, measurements, or installation fees
- Gift cards or service credits
These items are manufactured or allocated specifically for your project and cannot be restocked.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, we may require:
- Photos of the damage
- Original packaging
- Delivery documentation
Approved claims may result in:
- Replacement of the damaged item
- Repair authorization
- Partial or full refund, depending on the situation
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, contact us at office@cabinetscore.com with your order details before returning any items.
Shipping & Returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any approved returns
- Cabinets Core is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Return address will be provided upon approval.
